Q: Hi. Is there a warranty on this product? I bought 2 of these mattresses last summer (1 twin & 1 queen). Used them only twice. Not when I’m trying to inflate them, the twin one has a big crack on top side which is not getting repaired. Queen losing air.

Please note, It is normal that air beds will stretch and decrease in air pressure after the first several uses. Q: We bought two twin air beds. The first and only time they were used someone else inflated them. Now it is time for my husband and I to pump these up and they won’t work. We pumped and pumped and nothing happened. I feel stupid. Is there a trick?
7 years agoA: Thank you for your interest in the Outbound Air Mattress with Foot Pump. To begin, please screw the Screw Valve in the hole located on the side of the bed, near the Warning. Then, locate the foot pump and remove the white rubber plug from the suction port. Depress the foot pump area to inflate the bed. Be sure to depress the foot pump straight down. Your foot should completely cover the suction port while depressing the foot pump, this will keep the air from escaping the inflation chamber back through the suction port. Lift your foot completely off of the hole in order to have the suction port refill the chamber. Continue until you the bed reaches a firm but not over inflated pressure. Insert the white rubber plug back into the suction port and screw on plastic cover. Your air bed should now be ready for use.
