Supposed to be 18 inches high was only13 supposed to be twin size but is only cot size it not 38 inches wide. Very dissapointed

Lasted one night

Mine lasted one night then found a split at the seam before bed the second night. I patched it but it did not hold and I got to sleep on a hard floor for the night. Do not buy this product.

Have slept on this 3 nights now. Holds air well. Surprisingly comfy. Good size for 1 person. The air under you does get cold but I have it on a colder floor. Bought at great price! Doing the job so far.

Twin double high air mattress

I’ve only used it once but was super easy to set up and take down. My only criticism would be that it is short. I’m 5’6” and my feet went right to the bottom.

A: Yes, they do fit and mostly stay on. If mattress gets softer may peel back but we are happy with them!

A: There is a separate plug beside the electric pump section which would work for manual pumping.

Q: Exactly how long does it take to inflate and deflate? Does the electric pumpi make a lot of noise?

A: Inflation and deflation each take less than 5 minutes. The manual states that the motor should not run for more than 5 minutes at a time and should be allowed to cool for 5 minutes between uses. The built-in pump makes moderate noise, similar to a small vacuum.

Q: I love this air bed! Unfortunately, sharp cat claws got to it and it now has a slow leak. What would be the best repair kit to get for this mattress? Thanks!

We're happy you love the air bed As mentioned in the manual, you can repair small punctures using the included heavy-duty patch: Fully deflate the mattress Clean and dry the area Apply the patch and smooth out air bubbles If you've lost the patch, a PVC repair kit (81-3399 – Bestway Heavy Duty Repair Patch or 76-5768 Outbound Vinyl, Plastic & Rubber Repair Patch Kit) is a great alternative.

A: We’re sorry to hear you're having trouble with the built-in pump. Unfortunately, it isn’t designed to be repaired. That said, you can still use an external pump to inflate the mattress if needed. Note : once opened this air bed comes with a 1-year over the counter replacement only warranty against defects in workmanship and materials when accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that it covers manufacturing defects, but not punctures, cuts, or accidental damage.

Q: Does the Outbound Double High Twin with built in electric pump automatically stop when completely filled? Or is there a way to see the capacity before manually stopping the pump?

A: The pump will keep on trying to inflate the mattress. And will not just automatically stop. It is better to watch the mattress to avoid over inflation.

A: Thank you for your interest in the Outbound Double High Air Mattress with Built in Pump. This air mattress comes with a built in electric pump. Should you not wish to use it, you can use a battery operated pump, or a manual pump, both sold separately.
