Re-folding this tent works fine

I bought this changing-room tent this morning. There are YouTube videos demonstrating how to refold similar tents. Just search for the product name in YouTube. When I first took it out of the packaging I unfolded it very slowly, only part way, and then re-folded it back into its circular shape. Then I let it unfold a little further and the refolded back into its circular shape. I did this a few times until I was confident that I understood how the frame twisted back into shape.

Impossible to re-fold

The tent is a perfect size for what I wanted but I have not been able to get it folded and back into it's bag. I have had many other people try too.
