The TPR outsole is durable and provides excellent traction. These grey slip-on shoes feature bungee toggle ties to adjust the fit and a handy pull-on back tab for easy on and off. Comfortable for beach / dock ware

Bought for kayaking. The extended heel outsole keeps my heel from contacting the hull so not really a match for kayaking.
Walking from the car to the dock was very comfortable. Short walks on the beach were good.
I expect this shoe was designed for launching boats, walking around on boats.
Grip was pretty good with the rubber outsole.

Not a good shoe for sandy areas.

I bought these a month ago for a trip to Mexico and was disappointed with their performance.
The shoes fit properly and look good but the large mesh holes on the top of the shoe allow sand to enter at a high rate of speed. Unfortunately the sand stays in the shoe and does not exit due to the smaller (drain) holes on the sole. This not only weighs down the shoe with sand but also causes chaffing.
I would return these if I could as they just are not a good beach shoe. They may however be good in other applications that don't involve sand.
