I was sent the wrong size and it took forever to get the wrong item. I was also charged a delivery fee which is a complete joke given I wasn't advised and I could have received it faster by donkey.

Zipper broke by the Second Use

Do not waste your money on this jacket! The zipper teeth broke in two different places on the Second Use. It's not warm enough for regular Canadian Winters and the fur lining of the hood constantly comes to detached. Spend a bit extra money and buy a Columbia or North Face coat instead
