A: when I went to purchase a pair that was on sale they had non on the shelves at 8:30 am on the 1st day of the sale....I the asked a store employee where they where and he said that they where in the back and he asked another employee to get my size .....if I din't ask i would of thought they had no stock....as they where pulled of the shelve...lol

Q: I bought 2 pairs of these boots and they both leak. In the information on this site it said that they have a warrantee. Is leaking a defect? What can be done about the problem.

A: The OUTBOUND SERPA GUIDE provides warmth as well as waterproof protection. It is not specifically defined as a WINTER (snow) BOOT as it does not have a rubber shell. The boot is ideal for cold and wet days but not for prolonged use in heavy snow conditions
