Bought this spontaneously on our RV’ing trip when we saw inclement weather in forecast but still wanted to sit outside and enjoy watching nature. It did the job surprisingly well all things considered. Setup was a bit tricky the first time but will be easier next time. We weren’t sure how it would tolerate wind and rain, so anchored it thoroughly and added a lightweight tarp over it. We had some strong winds (gusts to 60km/h) and heavy rain for two days straight and inside remained cosy, dry and warm. Would have given 5 stars if it had been easier to set up the first time.

This is a very disappointing product. I did not even get to opening the tent portion. When I tried to put the poles together, the elastic string inside them broke - too weak for the job. I will be returning the product to the store.

A: The blue poles are about 18 feet long. This has held up really well. It stays up all season and has made it through hail, storms severe rain for five months last year and is still being used this year and it’s third month now.

A: We use the pegs that came with tent. It worked for us. Although it is hard to say it was perfect because the kids were in and out alot. Still it seems okay, tight to the ground.

Q: No see ums? is this or any of the other screenhouses made with mesh that will keep No-see-um/sandflies/midges?

A: Outbound screenhouses are not made with No-See-Um mesh, however all of our Woods shelters & screenhouses use No-See-Um mesh.

A: 2015-2016 models do not. 2017-2020 models have a fabric loop with pvc o-ring for lightweight tent accessories such as lights or fans.

Q: I have an Outbound screen house model CTC 151414SH CTC number 076-5461-2 and need a pole for it. The pole part number is HFPH-624F. I assume that because it has a part number it must be available but can't find it anywhere. Ideas?
