Otterbox.com dropped the ball!!!

I have been purchasing products for years from Otterbox. I placed an order for a new phone case to fit my wife Samsung Galaxy S8 +. Upon arriving I noticed that the case looked smaller than it needed to, plus the package said 8+. I opened the box up and compared my wife phone to the new case. I don't even think it would've fit a regular S8. I made this purchase a day or two later after I ordered myself a case for my Samsung Galaxy Ultra Note 20. That case fitted perfectly. This have been the only negative issue I have ever had from any Otterbox.com products. I filed a return and was sent a package slip to return the item. At this moment I'm still waiting on my credit card to be credited back.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I had my old otterbox for years. In this day and age of cheap and throwaway products, something with that level of quality form, fit and function had to be purchased again.
