This is my favourite seasoning / cure. I tried many other types, but this is my favourite one! It’s dry and doesn’t add a moisture, that needs to be evaporated later in dehydrator, and has very distinct flavour of freshly cracked black pepper. Additional seasoning like hot pepper flakes or jerk can be added to diversify the flavours.
