This is our go-to brand for cat litter. It clumps well and works against bad odours. Only problem is price. I buy it because it is the best value/performance ratio. It's just really annoying that prices have doubled in the last ten years.

Q: There's a LOT of dust. Pouring and transport is no excuse. We use Omega Paw roll box. I can show video of dust clouds coming out. I can smell the dust (I have strong sense of smell), so our cat will as well. She has asthma- is this bad for her chest?

A: Unfortunately some levels of dust are unavoidable with clay litter. Q: I'm unsure about the dust ... some comments say there is no dust, while others state that there is way too much dust ??

A: Hi Lorrie Sodium Bentonite is a natural mineral found in the litter. The granule color can vary from time to time depending on the area or location it was hauled from. It is normal to have certain quantity of dust in a cat litter as it assists in the grain bonding process, making the clumps harder and more easily removable. There is no guarantee to the dust level as we have no control on how the product is transported/handled and how it is poured. If the product gets dropped during handling, some granules will break into smaller pieces resulting in increase of dust particles. During decanting, low height and slow pouring will result in less dust emission as opposed to high elevation and aggressive pouring will have an opposite effect. I hope this answer helps!
