False advertising failure to disclose condition

Wasn't listed as open box. Was nothing stating that it could not be returned. It showed up with a badly damaged box and no return stickers on it. Didn't work on my 95 Chevy as it says it does. Canadian Tire would only offer store credit. If this isn't fraud I don't know what is. Will be the last time I buy anything from them online again.
