This Nordic Ware Naturals® combo set pairs a half-sheet aluminum baking sheet with a custom nesting oven-safe nonstick grid. Ideal together for crisping in the oven, the two pieces can be separated so you have a baking pan and cooling grid. Baked goods rise and bake evenly due to aluminum's superior heat conductivity, and the reinforced encapsulated steel rim prevents the sheet from warping. The included nonstick grid lifts food off the pan surface, allowing air to circulate, creating crisp finished products with ease.

Looks great but can only use to 400°
Please note that the 400° max temp is specific to the nonstick coated rack.
General maximum temperature recommendation for the Natural Aluminum Bakeware is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps. For example, you are free to use the pans when broiling.
At elevated temperatures, it's possible for oil to permanently adhere to the pans, resulting in discoloration or the development of a bronzed patina. These changes are purely cosmetic and do not pose any safety concerns. The pan will continue to perform perfectly 😊
