Stainless turkey lifter

I used the stainless steel turkey lifter one time with a turkey weighing approx. 12 lbs. Not quite robust enough for a larger turkey. Easy to clean. I soaked in soapy water for a few minutes and with my homemade scrubbie everything came off quite easily. I am pleased with it and with service from Canadian Tire

This was AMAZING! All of our “chefs” have developed arthritis or other hand/wrist ailments that have made the past couple of “turkey days” VERY difficult and almost resulting in a dumped bird! This Thanksgiving we had an 11ish lb bird and I was able to lift it out of the pan on my own with no wobble, pain or risk of ruining the meat. The fact that it sits out of the pan also results in a nice crisp bottom and no soggy bits. 1000% recommend, even if you don’t have the same health issues, it just makes it SO much easier! I did make sure to oil the entire thing VERY well before placing the raw bird on it.
