Garland is stiff.

Wiring is very stiff, hard to wind through stair rails and does not swag very well. Also, not much colour, needed to add more ornaments.

Q: Doesnt say anything online that they are for indoor use only. Picked up my order and box says indoor. Can they be used outside?

A: Hi There Holly, These items cannot withstand wet/conditions. This garland is recommended for indoor/covered outdoor (ex: outside under a covered porch) use only. Hope this helps. Rachel

A: The lights are on a timer so you can set them at dusk & they'll shut themselves off. I will mention that on one garland I purchased, the battery box broke completely off the lights, thus rendering the lights completely useless. I replaced them with solar lights.

Q: What voltage of battery should I use? I've tried 2 brands of 1.2V and they don't work. My 800mAh betteries work but they don't last past two days.

Q: Won't turn on?! I purchased one, inserted 3 new AA batteries, and click the "ON" switch but nothing happens! I exchanged the garland thinking the first was defective, tried different batteries, but still no light. Am I doing something wrong?
