Beware of Exchange/return policy after Dec 18

Two broken branches out of the box and the store had no returns or exchanges on Xmas merchandise beyond Dec 18, even though it was purchased AFTER that date. So we’re stuck with a brand new, broken tree. The rest of it looks ok & the lights work well and look nice.
