Cheap rivets holding branches break easily.

The rivets which hold the branch arms to the trunk break very easily causing the branch to flop and rest on the one beneath it. We had 6 branches break in the first year alone which we rigged back in place with floral wire. Third year for this tree and we have two entire sections of lights out. I’ve changed fuses, replaced 50+ bulbs which didn’t help. This year, I cut all the existing lights off the tree and am adding my own. This will be the last pre-lit tree I ever buy - especially at this price. For a brand name, I’m very disappointed in this tree. I’ve had a few pre-lit trees before (one of which we still use in another part of our home). This one was the most disappointing of the lot. Save your money.

Worked for a year

The tree was great for one year, the second year the bottom section didn’t light and now, in our third year only the top section works. Pretty frustrated to spend money on the tree and for it to progressively fail over the first three years.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great while it lasted! Lights don’t last!

We LOVED this tree for the for the first 2 years we had it. This is our 3rd year and a day after putting it up a section of lights at the bottom of the tree burnt out. We found replacement bulbs and replaced the burnt out ones and the lights came back on. Then, a week later, the middle section went out. Replaced all the burnt out lights again (the whole section) and finally they came back on. Two days ago the top went out! Replaced all bulbs again…lights turned on. Today the middle went out again and while in the middle of replacing the bulbs the top went out AGAIN!
This was the first tree we bought as a family, brand new. And for $400 were not impressed! At $1.99 a pack for replacement bulbs we’ve now spent about $120 trying to get our lights working.
My son is devastated that our tree won’t stay lit and at this point we can’t afford to buy a new tree. We bought pre-lit because we didn’t want the hassle of stringing lights every year.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Had it for 3 years, this 4th year about half of the bulbs of the middle section decided to give out. It only came with 12 replacement bulbs that we quickly ran out of. Went to buy some at CT and there was no existing remplacement bulbs available. Very disappointed, I don’t want to replace a whole tree just because of a couple of bulbs… It says there’s a five year warranty but I didn’t keep my receipt…
No, I do not recommend this product.

Was nice... Until it wasn't.

This was our 3rd Christmas putting up the tree. We set it up and multiple sections were burned out. We tried to replace bulbs and fuses, but no luck. The bulbs look like they physically were burned. It was a nice tree, up until now. Very disappointing after paying $400

Q: I cannot seem to find replacement bulbs ???. The bulbs are fixed inside of the bulb housing and although the plastic peice comes out the bulb doesnt come out..... the noma ones in store are not correct fit ( too long).

Q: Re my noma 7.5 prelit. 151-6236-4 How many connection cords are there in each section. I found 3 on the bottom & connected them & pluged into outlet & nothing.

A: Dear Valued Consumer, the NOMA Pre-Lit King Christmas Tree, 7.5-ft (TG76P4884C00) is a Quick Set tree. The light strands on each section connect are connected to the tree's center pole for power. Power travels through the center pole from the bottom section to the upper sections. You only need to plug in the main power cord, attached to the bottom section. The upper sections will light automatically when stacked upon the bottom section. Q: Continuing from my emails from yesterday. This tree must have been returned. There were no extra fuses or lights. And no instructions on how to set up. The number 2 section of the tree is only partly lit up.

Q: Some of the reviews say that you have to make sure each section is plugged in. I thought we bought a put together then light kind of tree. There are female plugs on each section but no male to connect them with. Very confusing especially with no instruct
