Great looking tree

I bought this tree after having to return two others for difference in light bulb shades (yellow/white). This tree however looks very "real", and the many small lights are evenly distributed throughout. Easy to set up, although there are many individual "branches" to open up (but it creates a fuller look) I would recommend this tree to my friends and family.

Easy to assemble

There are a few flaws to this tree, but overall, I love it. There are two types of needles on this tree, hard and soft needles. I found the hard type needles fall off easily from the tree; so after assembling it, I have to vacuum all the needles that had fallen on the floor. I just hope all the hard needles don't fall off from assembling and disassembling. I also wish the pre-lit lights were LED technology. One light bulb was burnt out, thus a section of my tree did not light up. Luckily, it only took me to bulb number three that i found the one that was burnt. I replaced that bulb, and it's working again! The tree was very easy to assemble; the tree comes in three sections, lower, middle and top section. Just put them all together and you have a standing tree! The tree looks lush without the middle bark showing. My friends kept on commenting on how lovely the tree looks. Thumbs up!

Best Tree Ever!

We bought this tree a few weeks ago (was on sale, yay!) after carefully looking at each tree on display. It was very easy to setup, but unfurling each branch took a long time (but there are a LOT of branch tips!). The tree looks very real and is very bushy/thick, you cannot see the tree "trunk" or any wires, metal, or other indicators of a fake tree. The clear lights are bright and evenly distributed. The shape is perfect, not too wide & not too thin. The lowest branches are very low to the ground and with the tree skirt you cannot see the base or "trunk" at the bottom. Care must be taken when placing wrapped gifts under the tree, however, as the branches are very low. Easy to decorate, ornaments hang nicely. Also, the built-in lights have an extension cord in the middle so you can easily attach extra lights or (in our case) a pre-lit star without having extra cords hanging all over. I would definitely buy this tree again and recommend it to others!

Q: i have only had my tree 1 day, today i turned on the tree and some of the upper lights will not go on. how do i fix this problem?

A: This may sound tedious, but maybe one bulb burnt out. To expedite finding the bulb, I took one replacement bulb that came with the tree, and started trying every bulb until that section lights up again. But I found the burnt bulb like this, I took one out from the tree, replace it with my replacement bulb; if the tree doesn't light up, then I use that bulb from the tree, and replace it with another bulb...I don't have to keep on taking that replacement bulb on and off for each bulb on the tree. That's too much work. And when the tree lights up, the burnt bulb is found.
