Not happy with this tree. If you enjoy putting decorations on the tree then don’t buy this one! The branches are so weak they drop as soon as you hang an ornament. Lights also stopped working. Beautiful as just a tree.

Q: We bought this tree today but when plugged in the top lights do not match with the bottom lights. Does anyone else tree do this?

If you are sure everything is properly connected and you are still having an issue, please return the tree to your local Canadian Tire store for an exchange. This product carries a 1 year exchange warranty redeemable at any Canadian Tire store.
