A: I have never had this problem with my tree. I do not use remote though I set mine by the using the controller on the plug-in.

Q: I’ve had this tree for 3 weeks, and was using both the solid white and solid coloured lights. Now when I change them to solid setting on remote they stay for one minute then go to random settings. Is there a solution for this?

A: One of the options near the top of the remote provides the program that operates like you describe. Maybe try the other program options available on the remote. Always wait a minute or two for the program to completely activate. If this doesn’t work then maybe there is a problem with the remote. Hope this helps.

Q: Is there a plug-in for the star/angel on the top to light up?

A: No there is no plug on the top of the tree but i used the top branch with the lights to iluminate my star and there is a remote to turn the tree on and off and it also changes the colors as you wish Sturgeon

Q: Noam tree model 151-8574-6 : my tree did not have the adapter to plug into wall outlet. Can I find or buy one separately ? Else I can’t plug it in.

A: Hi Michelle, I’m not certain if you can purchase the adapter. My suggestion is that you exchange the tree for another. My tree included the adapter, foot remote along with a hand remote. They were all attached to the tree lights ready to plug into the wall. Perhaps just an over site in the box of the one you bought. I just love my tree and so does all my visitors to my home. I’m sure Canadian tire will replace the tree for you. Diann

A: No, this tree has only white lights ( kinda yellowish) and multi colour. You can have it all white, multi colour or both. Each bulb is white and green, or white and blue or white and red.

Q: Where is the remote? is it on the tree because there is nothing in the box, am I missing something, there were no directions either which makes me wonder if this tree was a return :-(
