A: I left mine out all winter. We had put in new pathways and stairs and were worried about lighting them on the dark winter days coming home from work. Still going strong.

A: Sorry , this cap can't be replace ,but you can replace the battery if need , recommend AA 1.2v Ni-cd or Ni-mh rechargeable battery which capacity is 600mAh or higher , thanks.
