Charming lights for new U-shaped driveway

The lights look very nice in my new U-shaped driveway. They have worked every evening so far and I plan to buy another set to add more light. The plastic bottoms break easy when tapping into hard ground.

Q: Ours aren't working...barely a flicker!! :( Few directions, so don't know what to do. Have tried re-charging batteries but still nothing. Thought maybe to take off plastic film on top, but according to past reviews, this isn't the problem. Please help!

A: if the lights are new , you need to put the light under sunlight for 8-12 hours , the energy will be charge into battery , then at night ,it will work , please try , also please make sure the light is ON status .

Q: We purchased 12 of these solar lights 2 summers ago. I clean them and store them away during winter. I have put in fresh new batteries, but sadly only one of the 12 lights is working... after only 2 seasons of use. Is this normal? Please help!!

A: Yes they are getting plenty of sunlight, and yes my batteries are 800mAh. They have been out for over a week now, and still not working. For the price I paid, I am very disappointed in the quality of these lights after only 2 years of use.

Q: Is it safe to assume the black plastic cover will eventually peel the black off after 2-3 seasons and not covered by any warranty? We have several beginning to peel and not sure it’s worth having to buy a whole new set just to replace the black covers.

A: Sorry correct. The black coating is coming off after a couple of years which isn’t appealing but should last more than a couple of years.

Q: Is there any way I can obtain replacement spikes? They are (frustratingly) made of plastic, and VERY flimsy. I purchase 12 of these lights, and in less than one month, five of them have snapped. Great lights, TERRIBLE plastic spikes!
