Q: I have two sets strung together. They both died at the same time. One night I looked out they were very faint. The next night they were done . Any suggestions as to what the problem is? Yes they are plugged in!

Q: Why do these, and other Noma Christmas lights only seem to last 2 or 3 seasons and then no longer work despite following all the online instructions on trouble shooting. It’s an annual event to try and get the store to honour the 5 yr warranty!

A: Thanks for reaching out! The light set was built on a series circuit. This means when one bulb goes out, the entire circuit is impacted and does not stay lit. May we suggest to check on the connection of the lights if there are any loosen bulbs; especially for the lamp holder with 3-wires connected at the bottom as these are the joints of the series circuit. We would also recommend customers to follow the steps below when the product is not in use: - Let the light strand to dry out completely before storage - Store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight This would help to protect the LED prongs away from moisture and being corroded and ready for next season use. NOMA string lights are backed by warranty and can be exchanged if you believe you have a defective strand.
