Half the bulbs didn't light

Supposed to be warm white and all the boxes were bright white. Packaged in the wrong boxes!

Q: Where are the fuse sockets onC6 LED strings of lights? I have a new string bought last year. only half of the string light up this year. I took every bulb our and tested them. all but 8 of them worked. Replaced the non-working bulbs and NOW nothing works.
