You can use these LED string lights outdoors or inside, along mantels, windows, rooflines, doorways, pathways and more. The 24 bulbs help to achieve a cohesive look when connected end-to-end using the plugs at either side of the string. These lights replaced last year’s lights that only worked for the Christmas season. These new lights already have one bulb burnt out. Another set of last year’s light began to dim on Xmas day and now no longer work. Essentially these lights work for about 2-3 weeks for a period of 5 hours a day, then they burn out. So I kept the receipts and the boxes as it says It has a 2 year warranty and will be returning them AGAIN. Noma clearly failed as a reliable product

NOMA lights not as good as they used to be

Very unhappy with all NOMA lights at this point. We have had to buy new light strands every year because these fail so often. The design of these ensures they fail so users keep buying replacement lights and strands. LED's in industry are now created so they fail but the original designs of LED's would last 20+ years. These LED's have very thin steel contacts in them and the enclosures are not sealed so they let in water and ice - so naturally they will rust and fail or they don't short out. Yes there is a partial warranty if you have the receipt and within the time frame. Not a very "Green" perspective on products when they are made to throw away and replace. Every year, about half of our strands are dead. We need to go through every bulb, test them and replace many of them and throw out so much. It is sad. Start making products to last again. Until then, I am buying new lights from another manufacturer who makes them better.
