Bought 2 fans and confused about the remotes

Bought two of these fans for my spare bedrooms. Comes with a remote each. One remote turns off the light in one room and turns the other light on in the other room. Anyone else have this problem? Not impressed at all. The light it gives off is more of an orange colour instead of yellow (soft white). It’s a quiet fan and looks nice but don’t recommend buying two of them as the remotes are wonky.

Q: Can anyone confirm if this fan can be flushmounted/ If so, what is the distance from fan blade to ceiling? The specs on the web page say 330cm...I don't understand why Canadian Tire has such a hard time listing accurate info.

A: Cant be flushmount. Blade is 30 cents from celing at apex of blade angle, 33 at nadir of angle.

A: I have 60W in mine and it seems fine. Be aware you cannot change the fan direction(forward and reverse) from the remote, you'll need a ladder which is a pain.

A: All done via the remote. 2/3 of the way down are three buttons aligned vertically, high, medium and low. To turn off the fan, there is an additional button just above these 3 and a little to the right. BTW, we liked this ceiling fan so much that we bought a second one.

A: You can buy any universal remote for the fan..u just have to take the old one out that has a sensor wire that stick out of the fan that controls the remote which is not hard to do. Amazon has them

Q: I have 4 Noma ceiling fans installed. They work great, however when one person turns on their light and/or fan another bedrooms light and/or fan go on at the same time. They each have their own electrical line, any help?

A: I also have 4 and experienced the same problem! Each fan has a small box where the wiring is to be connected. You can program each fan with a 4 digit code. Unfortunately, you have to disconnect the fan from the ceiling to do so
