Q: Can I use a dimmer on this fixture? Also it is an old dimmer (15 years) will my dimmer be compatible with this fixture? Are the light bulbs incandescent? Thanks
7 years agoA: Thank you for your question. Yes you may use a dimmer on this fixture. All incandescent & halogen bulbs are dimmable. If you opt for LED, please ensure it reads dimmable on the packaging.

Q: Are the lights adjustable? Can you point them where you want them to illuminate? Our ceiling is sloped so the lights themselves have to be moveable.

Q: how do you remove the lightbulb from this light fixture?
10 years agoA: This fixture takes a candelabra base GC16.5 bulb. This is a small round globe shaped bulb and there is plenty of room between the glass and the bulb so you should be able to simply turn the light bulb to unscrew it to remove it.

Q: The instructions are vague. It says "Do not remove insulation" . Where is the insulation? Mine has none
13 years agoA: Some of the instructions were printed referring to insulation but in fact track lighting does not have any insulation so you can just disregard this point. Normally insulation is included in flush mount type lights but it mistakenly got mentioned on a few of the track instructions. This has been corrected going forward.
