Q: I have read that there is a fuse that can be replaced if the light stops working. Where would I find the fuse to replace it?

A: Hi, the fuse is located in the male plug. There should be a cover you slide open that will have the fuse all you need to do is replace it with a new one.

Q: Can you remove the lightbulb from the projector so that you can install other Kaleidoscope bulbs?

A: This item has an LED that is hard wired to the electronics and cannot be replaced.

Q: I bought & used this outside last year for many months. Worked great. This year, it worked for a couple weeks, then the light stopped working, even though the motor was still working. I verified the fuse is fine. Can I fix this?

A: If the item is no longer working even after checking the fuse. then the whole item has to be replaced all together as this item has an LED that is hard wired to the electronics and cannot be replaced.
