It’s pretty, but it is messy. The “snow” falls off easy and there is no auto timer, which would have been nice. It just had an on/off switch.

Beautiful garland, horrible battery life

We picked this garland for our tv stand as it matches our tree. It's messy but we expected that since it's flocked. However, the battery life is horrible. Within 6 days of use (6hr on, 18hr off standard) the lights were hardly visible as they were so dim and almost dead. We ended up getting an adapter to plug it in to avoid changing the batteries weekly. I would still recommend this item but to get an adapter would be wise.

Q: how do you work the timer , mine just has on and off

A: Hello Sheila, the timer works by simply turning it on; the garland will stay lit for 8 hours and then turn off automatically. There are no additional settings required.
