Q: Can you flush-mount or does it require the rod?
3 years agoA: Flush mount requires removing 3 top screws then screwing the ceiling canopy piece directly to the top of main assembly. The mounting bracket gets screwed to ceiling outlet box, you then wire up and lift fan into bracket and tighten down the 4 side screws.

Q: Can you change the light bulb to a day light bulb? Wanted brighter white light, tried putting a new bulb in but it started flashing like strobe light

Q: The remote worked fine for 4 days. As of day 5, we cannot turn off the light or dim the light . The fan only works with the light on. ???
4 years agoA: Try the wall switch. Shut it off while both fan and light are running. Play with the sequence until u fully understand how it works.

Q: Will this fan work with an extension rod when you have a high pitch roof like in an A frame?

Q: I installed the same model in 3 rooms. The remote control interferes with the other fans. How can I pair 1 remote control to a specific fan only?

Q: I purchased and installed this fan a few months ago and have no issues until today when the light stopped working. I have switched bulbs and tried different dimming options but nothing has worked. The fan still works and runs through all speeds.
