New Family Tree

When topped with a decoration, this tree is the perfect height for a home with 9’ ceilings. While I love the multi coloured lights this tree provides pretty much any light choice or combination desired. This is no scrawny “Charlie Brown” Christmas tree!

Can't put a star on it

The tree looks nice but it has one rather disappointing flaw. The tip of the tree is designed in such a way that it is difficult to put a star on it.

2 trees don't work

PUrchased one... brought it home, set it up. A few branches didn't work.
Exchanged it... set it up again... a few branches didn't work. New out of box, I'm not looking to wiggle and replace or fidget with this thing to get it to work. Not after paying a few hundred dollars. Going to go elsewhere. Maybe get a real tree... disappointed because the changing lights are so fun

Don’t buy this tree!!!

Bought this 2 years ago and today the whole tree won’t turn on. Called the number on the manual & was told I need to change the fuse. Except the fuse is supposed to be in the plug. Not the tree I have. Totally different and no one knows where the fuse is on mine because it’s different than the tree in the manual online. Nothing in my manual to change the fuse at all!
The seasonal manager at Canadian Tire store thinks it may be in where the trunk pieces together. Which could mean I need to undecorate my tree to change it? I seriously believe I bought a discontinued model although I was assured that’s not what the store would do.
Anyone who buys any prelit tree find out where, how and if you can change the fuse!
10 days before Christmas and I have a tree I cannot turn on!
Will not buy another Noma!!

We just set up our tree and it looks beautiful. Had no issues with lights. A little disappointed it didn’t have a remote control with the foot petal. My daughter bought one last year and it had the remote which was so convienient. Love this tree.

A: The tree has 30% PE 70% PVC tips with one-plug power pole technology. It is not self shaping.

Q: I have had the tree for a couple of years and this year all of a sudden the lights no longer change to multi-colour. So we only have the white light. We have changed the fuse, no difference. Any ideas?

Q: When I connect the plug from the wall to the receptor box on the tree, the lights blinks twice and goes out. I checked all connections and they are ok. What is wrong? I do not have a fuse in the original box? What to do?

Q: This is the third Christmas with this tree (bought new). Put it together last night and only bottom section will light up. Can not get 2 top sections to light up. Any suggestions??

Q: If I plugged this tree into a timer or smart-plug to turn on and off automatically, would it turn on after the power was killed or, due to the modes controlled by the remote, when the power was restored, would I have to turn it on with the remote first?

Q: The description says "Weight: 16.5 lbs (7.5 kg)", but the specifications says "Assembled Weight (kg):36.4 lb (16.49 kg)". So, which is it? Does it weigh 16.5 pounds or 36.4 pounds? The weight is critical to me

A: Is the lights are not working, please ensure all of the connections are plugged in and not loose. Check the fuse in the plug of the power supply cord and replace if necessary. Ensure all bulbs are tightly fitted inside the sockets and that none of the bulbs are broken or missing. If your tree is defective, it carries a 1 year exchange warranty redeemable at any Canadian Tire store.
