Terrible Fan

I bought it and right out of the box it would wobble and couldn't balance it. It made a loud clicking sound aswell.

Bought this about a month ago. Fan works great. Install was easy enough for someone like myself. Only real complaint is the light blinks non-stop.

1 was good and 3 were bad

Bought a total of 4 of these. 1 was good, 3 had bad motors that clearly were not DC motors like the 1 that was good as noted in the manual. 1 of them only had 2 speeds. Which was hi or low, not a 6 speed. Something changed in the production I assume. The 1 good one works quietly and well, but the 3 after that were terrible and returned.

Both transmitters gone on two separate fans

I moved into a house in 2023 that been renovated to include two of these fans one in the kitchen, one in the living room. I like the ability to control with the remote and change the light tone. But Within 3 days of moving in, the light in the kitchen stopped responding to the remote…the fan would still go on but I couldn’t get the light on. Tried to switch the bulbs between fans to check that it was still working, it was. Checked the remote it was still working because it would work on the living room one. Didn’t have the receipt since the previous owner installed them, reached out to the company and they said it was the transmitter and it would cost more than buying a new light to replace it. Universal transmitters didn’t work because of the special clip set up so that was also a bust. Had two electricians look at it and throw they hands up. Told me to reach out to the company and a ‘ new transmitter should be cheap’ it was not. Now a couple months ago my light in the living room stopped responding as well and the fan turns on but I cannot control it so it’s stuck in clockwise from the winter and at high speed. So not helping me much to circulate the air for summer. So disappointed cause they blend so well into the ceiling and were great when functioning. The fact that both went the same way is an obvious issues

A: Yes ours did. Randomly, like at 4 in the morning!I called Noma, who told me a couple of things to check regarding installation. It had been installed correctly so therefore it was defective. It was still under warranty so we retuned it. The warranty was only good for replacement and we didn't want another. Paid extra and upgraded. Had to pay for installation and de-installation.

A: This fan is mainly operated by remote control, It ONLY can connect with ON/OFF switch. DO NOT connect this fan with a variable speed wall control or wall-mounted dimmer switch as it will permanently damage the fans remote control and could cause the fans function to fail, pls kindly note

Q: I would also like to know if LED is replaceable... or can the light colour stay in memory? Every time we turn off by switch on the wall the light goes back to the default light colour. I don't want to leave the switch on all day and have to use the remote

A: The LED could be replaced by the light kit. Our remote control has memory function, pls refer to the warning card to connect wall control, the memory function can be used even if without remote control transmitter.
