Bulb doesn't last

I had to purchase 2 of these this Christmas season,both bulbs didn't last unfortunately.
I am more than alittle disappointed with this issue as I have used the others that I have for years,I'd say these ran 6 hours a day for two weeks .
I read the reviews, was aware of the issues but figured I'd have better luck......no i didn't.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Terrible quality. Do not buy.

Terrible quality. Do not buy if you want a colour bulb. Within one hour of being on, the heat of the bulb burned the colour off and was left with a big clear spot, rendering the bulb clear, not coloured. Bought a few of these bulbs and happened repeatedly - lesson learned.

Not made to last or for outdoors

This is my second time purchasing this light. I thought my first was just a dud... This was not the case my second one been in my yard for a week and a half and is already dead just like the first. Definitely not meant for outdoors apparently. It's unfortunate because when it was working I was very happy with how bright it was.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I have a Noma Kaleidoscope Light Bulk that fits an E 26 socket. Can it be used in this flood light?

A: Some of the holiday type lights don't have a long enough base to reach the socket. If it doesn't reach there is an adapter 52-2837 that you can use and the light will work that way.

A: 8feet i believe. Problem was they were supposed to be blue but they just had blue paint that wore off about 30 minutes after they were plugged in. Totally ruined the whole effect we were going bfor so I returned them

Q: What is the replacement sku for the clear incandescent bulb in this fixture? I see the colored ones sold seperately but can only find the kit for the clear one at almost twice the price..

A: You may use any outdoor rated BR38 or PAR38 in your NOMA Floodlight Kit For a Warm White Colour you may use 052-6007-6, 052-5553-0 , 052-5563-6 There is also an LED option 052-8083-0 that is suitable for outdoor use.
