Q: I have an Astoria 85" 3-head Postlight purchased on 4/27/20. We are not able to remove the glass to replace the bulbs. Please give us suggestions as we have tried to unscrew the top cap as well as the finial.

A: it's the bottom of the glass the metal round piece. Unscrew that and the glass will come out.

A: You could easily splice a plug to the end of an outdoor cord to be able to plug it in, I will be doing this and using it as an indoor light

Q: Is it supposed to come with the wire? Picked one up the other day and the package does not include the wire needed to run down through the pole. Not sure if it is missing or was just not meant to be in the box as there is no parts list.

Q: Bulbs What are C Base Bulbs...Are there any other specs on these bulbs?...Does CT carry them?

A: C-based bulbs are typically used in chandeliers or similar light fixtures. Canadian Tire carries a wide assortment of C-based bulbs for many applications in incandescent, LED and CFL types.
