Bought these lights 2 months ago. Worked great for Halloween!
Since then nothing works.
I am assuming these lights are not for Canadian minus 0 temperatures as they dont work at all.
In December, out of 2 strings of lights only 5 lit up. Very disappointed! Remote dont work proper either. I can send you pictures of these lights.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Lights do not work

It doesn't work period. I bought 3 sets, none worked. They light up and change colors for a few seconds and then goes to white. There was no light show as advertised on the box. Remote control doesn't work either. Brought it back to the store and the manager tried a new set from store shelf to the same result. This is a really bad batch.

Disappointed

I put up two brand new strings a couple of weeks ago. They worked beautifully at first but now I have had eleven bulbs fail over the last three days. I was really excited to have these, but now I’m disappointed.

Q: I purchased 4 sets of these lights last year and have them installed now for this years use. One of the strands ignores the remote control. The segment won’t turn on or off with the remote and only does red blinking. The other strands work as they should

A: My advice is to rip them out and get ANY other brand than NOMA. NOMA is inferior qualities and the trouble you put into your deco, this product is very infuriating. Sets at a dollar store are more reliable and will last longer than any NOMA products!

Q: If I put these lights on a timer will they remember their last settings for colour and lightshow? Or do I need to select each night with the remote?

A: Hi, we have ours on an outdoor wifi timer and when it turns back on, it does remember the last setting it was on.

A: Keep your receipt. there is a 10 year warranty and youre going to need to use it 20 or 30 times because the lights stop working a lot. i have mine indoors and i replace them a few times a year.

A: Don’t see why not. They are LEDs and don’t get hot. That’s the only problem with them outside. They ice up and get covered.

Q: I bought 3 sets of 25 C9 LED colour changing lights last year. Bought an set (same product number) this year. They don’t plug into each other’s controller. One is 3 pins and the new one is 2 pins. What an I do? Is there an adapter I can get?

A: I would return them. Noma is garbage. I’ve had so many issues with this brand. I can’t tell you how many times I had to take down Xmas lights go return them to do it all over again and again. There are articles about Noma and how their product is garbage. I have wasted so much money. Do your research.

A: Nope, you'll have to return the entire string to canadian tire to replace under warranty. Bulbs are not replaceable.

Q: I bought three sets last year and one this year. This years set is out of sync with colour changes and cycles the opposite direction (right to left vs left to right). How do I get them to sync up and cycle in the same directions?

A: Get a plug adapter and flip the string of lights for example female to female adaptor so you can connect the same end to each other that should fix the problem.
