Questions
Q: Is there a memory function so that I don't need to use the remote every day when I turn the lights back on in order to go to my prefered setting? Needing to use the remote every day seems like a poor user design, so I'm surely missing something. Thanks
5 years agoA: Agree with Perry. Unless you are using these lights on their own, and plan on keeping them turned on, or using the 6 hour/18 hour timer that comes with it, they will always reset to factory when turned off. We tried to plug into another timer so they would go on with our other lights and they kept resetting every time the timer turned them back on...to the blinking multi-colour, which were not the lights we wanted.

Q: When we turn the lights to white, random bulbs will be green, purple, etc and will not change the entire strand to white. It is happening on all strands, how do we fix that?
5 years agoA: Hello ChristmasMomma. Please unplug from the power source and undo all connections. Re-connect everything as per the instructions from step one and double check all bulbs are securely in place and tight. Make sure no moisture has entered any components. Power up again as per the instruction.

Q: What is the factory setting for the lights? I tried the different settings and have a hard time finding the factory setting on the remote.

Q: How does the timer function on the remote work? The manual says how to engage and disengage it, but when I turn it on, the lights stay on indefinitely.
5 years agoA: Thanks for reaching out.Yes,please use the remote to activate the timer.The lights will now remain on for 6 hours and will automatically resume the last function 18 hours after shut off.To activate the timer feature:Press the timer button on the remote. Lights will then blink 3 times. The timer feature has now been activated.To deactivate the timer feature:Press the timer button on the remote. Lights will then blink 1 time. The timer feature has now been deactivated.Please kindly check if you have activate the timer or not.

Q: How much power does a string use?
5 years agoA: I think that I answered my own question. The box says 30 total watts so I think that means 30 watts for the entire string.
