Poor quality. Keep your receipts.

A few years ago I decided to try these for a big cherry tree we had on our boulevard. These lights look great and cover a lot of area but two main problems have arisen. Each set, usually only lasts a season or two despite a 3 year warranty before 1/2-3/4 of each strand stops working
The second major issue is the connection between the wire and the plug is not reinforced and the wires simply break off. I’m taking 3 sets in tomorrow for return after having purchased them less than a year ago.
If I could change what lights I get on a return, I absolutely would. Super disappointed
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great lights look amazing wrapped around tree trunks. Be xareful not to pull too hard as they will break in the cold very easily. But they go back togeather very easy with shink sleeves

They’re beautiful and with them not getting tangle it making putting them up a breeze. However I have to give it a low rating because it only lasted one season. The connection of the lights to the power plug is so weak and my set detached itself from the plug not making it usable. It was a lot to pay for a one time use.

A: We would recommend customers to follow the steps below when the product is not in use: - Let the light strand to dry out completely before storage - Store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight This would help to protect the LED prongs away from moisture and being corroded and ready for next season use. NOMA string lights are backed by warranty and can be exchanged if you believe you have a defective strand.

Q: Do these lights remember the "light show" setting after being turned on and off? The timer feature built in is limited and sounds not good, so I will connect to my own timer.

A: I have them connected to my own timer, when the shut off for the night and start back up the next day they are still on the last setting i left it on the night before

Q: My string of lights completely broke off from the transformer. Because the actual transformer end is so bulky and a bit heavy while removing the lights from my tree the wire/string of lights literally broke off. Would warranty cover this?

A: My lights never turned off. There is a nob at the top of the plug to set the lights to different ways of blinking or not blinking. Try that and if that does not work then it came with a fault These are great lights as i love them.

Q: I love the multi-function light show feature but every time we turn off the lights, it reverts back to the default all-on-solid format. I thought it would start up again where I had set it, the slow-fade?

A: Didn't get the set with the multi-function setting - just the singe bright white set - but while I love the lights I would NOT buy these lights again, simply because the wire that connects the strand to the plug is so thin that a simple wrong move will snap the wire from the receptacle making the strand useless. This usually happens when putting up the lights because the large plug in is heavy.

Q: Are you able to purchase the light adapter separately? One of mine is no longer functioning, but it I plug it into another adapter from another string of the lights, the lights are still working.
