Q: Is it safe to plug 2 block heaters into this?

A: It depends on the total wattage of the two block heaters. As one block heater can range anywhere from 750 to 1500 watts. So we don’t suggest using 2 block heaters on one cord (052-2498, as max watts is 1625W).

Q: When plugged into an outlet and my car's block heater... does the light stay on all the time or only when it gets down to a certain temperature?

A: Hello, We suggest to check the user manual of the golf cart to make sure this usage. If extension cord is allowed, please use 12AWG extension cord instead of 16AWG. This is what we recommend. Service Rep

Q: Timer for Noma 32'9" extension cord for outdoor block heaters Intermatic Raintight timer not working with Noma block heater extension cord. Tested each item independently, both outdoors and in. Each works on their own, but they are not working together. I'm so disappointed. What timer do I need?

A: If the cord is working correctly and the timer is working correctly independent of one another, that means that the connection between the time and cord must have an issue. The timer outlet connection to the extension cord plug is suspect or the connection of the extension cord receptacle to the timer plug is suspect. Either way, the connection of the two devices is suspect and needs to be closely scrutinized. Under normal circumstances these two devices should work together.
