Lights are great, but the clips are terrible

These lights work perfectly fine and look nice when installed. My biggest complaint are the little clips on these lights. I used them for mounting the lights on the edge of my facia, and the clips are so small and thin that they would often break. I don't understand why light manufacturers don't develop a sensible clip on the light that isn't brittle in the cold weather.
