Lights that would break Clark Grizwold

Two hours after starting to untangle these lights as I cried in the middle of our home, my parter lit a candle and drew a pentagram on the floor. We conducted a seance to channel the spirit of Clark Grizwold, for only his determination and christmas spirit could overcome these wretched tangled lights. 1 hour into our incantations the lights began to unravel slowly we developed hope. We released the spirit, slowly wrapped the lights around an empty water bottle and then took them outside to unravel them around the banister. We were filled with such hope. This hope was naieve and premature. The lights slipped off the waterbottle and began an unraveling knot from both ends. If there are 7 circles to the underworld, these lights are from the 8th. I would only recommend this product to my enemies.

Disappointed with Noma in general.

I have to say I am disapointed with these lights. The connections are easily broken. I find that birds tend to pull on them. I have found other noma products equally disappointing. I have purchased LED lights with solar panels and I find that they fade easily and cease working.

Q: Did anyone else have issues with the wire of lights not fitting properly into the adapter ? The adapter has 1 long prong hole and 1 circular prong hole. The prongs on the lights are both circular.

Q: How do I troubleshoot a section out lights that initally lit up but are not longer lighting up, the string has lights on before and after this section. Is this due to the wire connection or a bulb maybe? Any help would be great! Thank you.

A: The lights should be still. Please check the connection between the adaptor and light string and try plugging into another outlet. If this does not resolve the issue, please return them to your local Canadian Tire store for an exchange under warranty.
