Having this machine for

Having this machine for years now I’ll never go back to any other brand when it comes to a potted machine. I use my keurig for every day personal use now (used to this every day), but my ninja still comes out when company comes over. It still brews a pot fast, keeps it insanely hot and still tastes amazing. Eventually I’ll be looking at newer models but for now my 4 year old machine is still running as smooth as the day I got it

Love this coffee maker. It took me a while to find a coffee maker that was simple to use and made great tasting coffee. The part that stood out to me was that it has a water bank that accurately measures the cups of coffee. It’s a great product.

This is the first Ninja coffee brewer I have had. I purchased it after a disastrous experience with another brand. I love it! I like how easy it is to take apart and clean. It constantly brews delicious coffee and that is exactly what I wanted.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! Mine stopped working a month after getting it as a gift from my kids and I called and they said that they would take it back and look at it and see if it could be fixed but I had to pay to ship it and all this other crap. The company is a joke.

Q: Why does the clean indicator light stay on? The light came on from the day we bought the machine (a couple years ago). The unit is cleaned every month, but the light comes on right after the Ninja is cleaned. This is an unexpected annoyance.

A: Hello Wwsod, We are happy to assist you with your inquiry about the Ninja® Programmable Coffee Brewer. We would like to inform you that the entire machine will not automatically shut off after a period of time. With this being said, the warming plate will automatically shut off after 2 hours, by default. This time can be modified up to 4 hours. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team
