Bought this November 2022. Within 6 months, the CLOSE THE LID error appeared. No matter how many times it was closed, the error appeated. The manual merely statedd that the lid had to be closed. No that was not the problem. Ninja website did not help either. After Googling the issue online, there was a YouTube view about cleaning the EDGES around the lid & base. That resolved this issue, as there was a build up of grease in tiny crevices. This worked until one month after the warranty expired. Again, CLOSE THE LID. Tried cleaning the crevices to no avail. So very disappointed in this product. Their frying pans are the best on the market, but this appliance is not worth even $50.

No, I do not recommend this product.

  • A: Aucun problème de lavage pour moi. Je le lave a chaque utilisation. Fait tremper la plaque ou le grill dans l'eau avant de laver avec du savon a vaiselle. Et le dedans avec un linge savonneux. Le mien est super propre et je lai depuis 4 mois facile.

Q: Could someone tell me 1. Will a 15 amp breaker handle the Ninja? 2. What is the height of the Ninja with the lid up? 3. Does eat need to be used below an exhaust fan?

  • A: 15 amp is sufficient, not sure on the height but with lid open it fits under my upper cabinets approximately 14 inches, and no exhaust fan needed ,I'd recommend this appliance to everyone
