Q: Is this the OL601 or OL701?
3 years agoA: Very same experience. It's not "cheap" for 13 months of usage (18 months in my case). And the price I was quoted was much higher than the sale price online today so technically they are offering a sales price not some sort of discount for past customers who already invested in the machine. Not buying this model again, loved it while it lasted but I believe it's planned obsolescence on part of Ninja or very simply, they don't stand by the quality of their products. Cheaply made to last through the warranty period and then you're asked to buy again. No, thank you! The very least they should offer 30-50% off the original price, since the product has gone up significantly in the time I've had it. You know, for the sake of customer service and future brand loyalty, if anyone in their marketing department is reading these reviews.

2 years agoA: If there is a delay I haven’t found it. Pretty straight forward machine ….pick your cook method ( I started with steam &crisp to familiarize) set your temp and time hit start.

Q: What size whole chicken fits in this Ninja? And how long would it take to cook through?
3 years agoA: The Ninja® Foodi™ 14-in-1 Pressure Cooker/Slow Cooker w/ Air Fryer will fix a whole chicken that is approximately 4-6lbs. The length of time for cooking will depend on the size of the chicken and if the chicken is frozen. We suggest that you refer to the cooking charts that are included in your Inspirational Guide.
