Turns off randomly

Q: I bought the Ninja Foodi Flip & Prep and love the power. However, the black plastic tip warped after several batches of pureeing soup. I exchanged it for the same model, and same thing. Is this normal? I bought it for pureeing soup :(

Q: Is this normal It makes noise at 3,4,5 th speed little loud than 1 and 2 speed mode?
