Bought the dual 8 cup unit as a gift because the 10 cup unit was on display but not in stock. Then traded our vertical 8 cup dual unit because we had more counter space than the other person. In either case having ovens able to be opened independently seems like a good feature. .

A: That person said 3lb. Is pretty much right on. Bigger would be squishing it in. Can always cut a larger chicken in half and use both baskets. I’ve done it. Anyway, it works great.
