Great, fantastic fryer !

I bought this July 1,25 and so far I absolutely love it.It took me a day to figure it out, but now I use it alot more. I also. love how it keeps the home cool. I've got to adjust the heat on some food but that's no problem at all just adjust time. I also like the 2 recipe books I ordered because they give me new tasty ideas.

Les paniers*, les plaques du bac à légumes* et tout autre accessoire peuvent être lavés au lave-vaisselle. Si des résidus d'aliments sont collés sur le panier ou le bac à légumes, placez-les dans un évier rempli d'eau chaude savonneuse et laissez-les tremper. Utilisez une éponge douce pour aider à enlever tout résidu restant. Après le nettoyage, séchez soigneusement toutes les pièces à l'air libre ou à l'aide d'une serviette. Nous sommes ravis de confirmer que vous pouvez cuire plus d'un ingrédient en même temps avec ce système.

Q: Is it normal that the power cord and prongs gets hot? and why is there only 2 prongs instead of 3?

A: NOT AT ALL! I have never noticed the wire or prongs getting hot I would open a warranty claim with Ninja - I have 2 of these units (in my office and at home) and I've NEVER had the wires ever get hot, and I use mine daily.
