Faulty scoring system

Turned on the air hockey table for the first time & the scoring system wouldn’t work properly, one side wouldn’t count goals when the puck would go in & the other side would count goals when it hits the end boards but not going in the net. Still usable but we bought it to use it with the timer at our youth program. Seems to be a wiring issue.

Needs Improvement

I knew I wasn’t getting a high quality arcade style table when I purchased this, but hoped it would be better than what it is. I have been using it now for over eight months (Christmas gift for the kids).
Pros: Table is solid. Even though all the boards are MDF, it is very solid and does move or wobble during use.
The edges are great for making the puck bounce.
Cons:
I am disappointed that the coating on the table is easily scratched off.
The fans are not strong enough as the puck slows down or even stops on the sides of the table.
How do I get in touch with manufacturer to see if the air flow on the sides can be fixed?
No, I do not recommend this product.

Table works well and it’s solid but the felt on paddles is not sufficient. First game and the table was scratched and gunk from the pads everywhere.

Missing parts

Trying to put this together and found out I am missing the 2 pieces that attach to the legs on the ends. Great..... now we cannot stand the unit up. Not very impressed so far.

A: Pretty heavy table...about 130 pounds. We needed 4 men to put it on the SUV Grandchildren love it.

A: No, I wouldn’t say it is. It has a wooden top, and the rain might make the wood expand and make the surface bumpy. I would suggest getting a tarp or waterproof cover for it.

A: I called the company, as indicated in manual, found out they had u der-powered fan and they replaced the non-functioning fan and power source, immediately! Parts arrived 2 days after call. Table has worked fine ever since.
