Looks great and brews a wonderful cup (several great cup types and sizes actually) of coffee! One concern - it doesn't always eject the used pod as it should. Waiting to see if it "fixes itself" once its broken in.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Neil! To ensure proper operation, we recommend allowing the machine head to open fully without manual assistance. This lets the ejection mechanism work at full force and properly release the capsule into the used capsule container. Make sure this container is correctly positioned as well, and try a new capsule to see if the issue continues. Regular cleaning of the capsule holder's brackets also helps ensure smooth movement. Our nesspresso vertuo unit failed and replaced it with this model... it is not as good as previous model simply does not heat water as well as our old one... I would recommend different model.
