Je m'ennuie de mon ancienne machine Vertuo Next

J'ai commandé une Vertuo Pop Samra Oringins pour remplacer une Vertuo Next défectueuse. Les matériaux en général et le mécanisme de fermeture sont de moins bonne qualité. Les capsules se retrouvent fréquemment débalancées dans la machine lors de l'extraction du café, entraînant des vibrations importantes.

Makes good espresso but it’s made of cheap parts.

I bought this machine in early Oct. 2025 and it maked good espresso drinks, but the golden drip tray is already peeling, which is very disappointing as I’ve only washed it by hand. Clearly, it’s a very cheap film that they used to give it the gold color.
Also had an issue with an Nespresso app and the customer service leaves much to be desired. They’re telling me it’s going to take a day or two just to unlock my app (that they locked for security purposes) so I can figure out why I keep getting a notification every time I use my machine - this wasn’t happening for the first couple weeks of use.
Overall, though it makes good coffee, I am disappointed in my purchase and cannot recommend it to others.
Even if they would just send me a new drip tray that would be an impressive at this point, but I doubt they will.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not a Fan

Had Vertuo for the past 7years, compared to that machine, this one feels cheaply made, its too small, your emptying capsuls daily and the worst is you can't fit a to go coffee mug under unless you elevate the machine. Maybe great for an apartment with 1 or 2 people who don't take coffee on their way to work in the morining. Brew nicely though.
No, I do not recommend this product.
