Waaaay!! OVERPRICES for what you get. Was even on “sale” A tarp, pvc pipe, straps for which I need to add my own and nothing to hold tarp down with. Total joke. Best you rethink a DIY solution.

Appeared complicated to start, read & reread instructions and then it was clear, almost a must to have a second pair of hands. Solidly built and I cannot envision snow building up with the steep pitch.

worst customer service

product is ok but if you have a problem, you will be disappointed. The worst treatment of a customer, is an understatement. Basically got told it is what it is, they could do nothing about it. Shipping costs were more than the replacement parts, again they could do nothing to help. My advice is use it for as long as you can and repair it yourself if needed. If you get a few years out of it, it might be worth it. Replacement parts are useless. Wait for a sale price and hope for the best. Ratchet straps etc will help hold it together and way cheaper than trying to buy from them directly. Never saw an $800 products customer service perform so poorly. obviously it's nothing about loyalty or following up, to keep anyone buying or recommending their products. I might have but not after dealing with the brush off from the company. Canadian Tire knows how to treat their customers, it's too bad this product is poor representation of Canadian Tire, as they are selling the product at their stores.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Mine broke and significantly damaged the tarp. So i just bought a second kit (tubes and tarp). And I'm going to use the left over tubes from the old kit to add more support to the new one. I did see online that you can buy just the frame, without the tarp. Its cheaper, but not as much cheaper as you would expect.
