Plastic parts, but decent none the less. Tripod handle can be used for other things like cameras or phones (versatile). Ring light is nice and bright not professional grade but works very well.

Light and Tripod are Great, Cell Phone Holder is Not. My Cellphone holder came apart on the first use. I believe that I will be able to fix it with items on hand. The light is great and the Tripod is awesome. It is tall and well constructed.

Phone mount is not flexible

The part that the phone clips into is supposed to be flexible so that it can bend in any direction, as pictured and stated in the user manual that comes in the box, however the phone mount in my box was a solid piece of metal. The ball joint also only allowed for 45 degree rotation, so there was no possible way to mount the phone and have it face the correct direction (see attached photo). I tried to exchange for a different one, but the new box also contained the solid mount- the product is useless if the phone can only face the sky. Customer service was helpful and I was fully refunded.
